I'm doing really well never had to go to college, trade school or work for anyone. I took over my step fathers acoustic ceiling business and lived at home until I was 40. I had it made, my mom did my laundry, cooked, and cleaned my room. My mom even put their home in my name because my credit was so awsome. I took advantage of this opportunity and re-financed there home (actually it's my mom's) to purchase real estate property which I rent out. I have 5 rentals, life is good. My parents divorced in 1997 my step dad and I moved in to one of my rentals where we live today. Oh they also have my name on the second acre they own, but the building department had all kinds of violations for the rentals we had the 2nd acre which was stressfull, and my mom wasn't able help with fines or financial ya know stuff so my step dad and I sold the 2nd acre profited $280.000 and then we served my mom with an eviction notice. I just felt it was my house now and out she goes. She hired a lawyer one guy nothing compared to the 7 attorneys we hired and the war began. Hey she could have had her home back but she didn't want to be responsible for the debt of $580,000 dollars owed on the house. So what I bought investment property by refinancing on the house, but I paid the montly payment on the house so she either accepted the conditions as they were or she'd be evicted. She fought hard and won but I claimed bankruptcy on the amount and I won. Now she is appealing the case, she still lives in the house and apparently got a reverse mortgage to pay off the debt. I won't ever be talking to my mom again, but hey I have what I want to make me happy. By the way if she wins all bail! LOL Feel free to comment!
