Kyle Kinsinger, 25, was born on Leap Year Day, February 29, 1992, in Los Angeles and died in Humboldt on February 18, 2018. Kyle was a South Bay native, and graduated from Redondo Union High School in 2010. He became an Eagle Scout the same year. Kyle worked as a crew member aboard several Los Angeles and Long Beach sportfishing boats, and most recently crewed aboard the sportfishing vessel, Vagabond, out of San Diego. Kyle spent time with family in Humboldt in the off-season. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 3 at the Redondo Union High School Auditorium at 10 am. He is survived by his parents, Jim and Polly Kinsinger, grandmother Margaret, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
