d. Feb. 28, 2019, with his beloved wife Eileen by his side. Per his wishes, Howard will be joyfully joining his friends that have preceded him by having his ashes spread out to sea with a paddle out, off the beaches of Honolulu, near the Outrigger Canoe Club, where Eileen and Howard met over 45 years ago.
